The place

Free refuge at 1657 m at Serrat de Comesjuntes, in the municipality of Urús (Cerdanya, Catalonia), on the shaded slope of the Serra de Moixeró, within the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park. Capacity 20 places, circular building offering an exceptional panorama over the region. Access from the parking area of the Urús cemetery (1340 m); Urtx-Alp train station then walk towards Das and Urús via a forest track (about 10 km). Classic loop from Urús via the refuge and the Font Llebrera: 13.5 km, 494 m of ascent, in just over 3 hours.
