The place

Staffed FEEC refuge at 2020 m on the northern slope of the Serra del Cadí, in the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, below the Col de Gosolans (Catalan Cerdagne). Inaugurated in 1976, dedicated to Cèsar August Torras. A required stage on the popular Cavalls del Vent and Alta Ruta del Cadí traverses. Base camp for mountaineering, easy climbing, skiing and trekking. 32 staffed places and 15 places in the unstaffed section. Hot showers, blankets, wood stove, limited internet, meals and drinks, WC.
