The place

Several building sections. Poor insulation (drafts) but the roofs are sound: A building with a fireplace (and grate), a hearth made of stacked stones, about 30 m2. A sort of garage under a concrete slab of about 25 m2. A sort of split-level barn (careful, fragile flooring) of about 35 m2/level - no tableware - no table, no bench - Farrals stream nearby. From the dam, follow the GR7 east for about 250m then take the PR trail to the left, following the lake.
