The place

Sleeping spots: 6 Spots with mattress: 5 Well placed for hiking the Rognier — very beautiful viewpoint at the top. Remember to bring firewood on the way up (it's not far) New fountain (2006) right next to the refuge but water not guaranteed A fireplace, large square table and 3 benches. Fairly well insulated refuge. INVENTORY (updated 30/09/2024): - Shovel with broken handle and broom in good condition - 2 saws in poor condition - 5 mattress places replaced in 2024. - 1 blanket - a new stove installed in 2024 (1 cooking spot) - a few pans, pots and cutlery - 2 BBQ grills in sorry state - 1 axe - 1 snow shovel ps: The spelling "platière" with a single "t" was confirmed to us by the town hall; the IGN maps and all sites copying them showing two "t"s are mistaken.
