The place

Refuge managed by Sépaq in the Fjord-du-Saguenay National Park, Québec (Canada). A stop on the Sentier du Fjord, a roughly 40 km long-distance hiking route that follows the northern escarpment of the fjord between Baie-Sainte-Marguerite and Tadoussac. The refuge offers an exceptional view of the fjord from its position on a rocky cliff, with limited access down to the water's edge. Seasonal accommodation in summer and fall, booking required through Sépaq; daily or annual park access fees required.
