The place
Staffed refuge at 2250 m perched on a knoll among a few hooked pines, in the Néouvielle Nature Reserve (commune of Aragnouet, Hautes-Pyrénées), on the lakes road (D929). Usual wardens Stéphanie and Cédric. Access in about 3h from the Artigusse car park, via the Lac de l'Oule (1820 m) and a trail above the quarry.
