The place

Refuge at 2000 m in the Aspe valley (Béarn, Pyrénées-Atlantiques), in the Pyrenees national park. Open to all, staffed from June to September — 2026 season: 6 June to 20 September. Accommodation and meals. Unstaffed 6-place winter shelter in a section outside the season. Access in 3 to 4 hours' walk.
