The place
Suea ("Tiger") in Nakhon Ratchasima province (Khorat), Non Sung/Chok Chai area (southern Isan, Thailand), at 286 m elevation, on the Khorat Plateau. Continuous southern Isan cluster (batches 330-353, 19 records). "Sua" = tiger, Panthera tigris corbetti, the Indochinese subspecies, nearly extinct in Thailand with fewer than 100 individuals remaining, in Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary, UNESCO 1991. The 19th record in this cluster confirms an ultra-massive OSM import artifact for the Non Sung township, an urgent OSM dataset correction recommended by the user/maintainer.
