The place

A small, cosy and sunny log cabin, deep in the Krokskogen forest massif (DNT Oslo og Omegn), at the heart of the coniferous forest. Capacity 4 beds. Self-service category (ubetjent). Facilities: gas stove for cooking, wood stove for heating, basic cooking and dining equipment; no electricity; beds with duvets, pillows and blankets (bring your own sheets); candles and toilet paper provided. Summer access: from Lommedalen (14-15 km by bus), Kleivstua (9 km), or Tobonn via Kampesetra (11 km). Winter: ski routes from Lommedalen (~12.5 km) or Sørkedalen (~14 km). Open year-round. Access via the DNT key — DNT membership required.
