The place

Free Metsähallitus autiotupa on the upper reaches of the Postijoki — Sámi name Boastajohka — about 2 km downstream from its source, 50 m east of the river, near Lake Naukusselkä, in Lemmenjoki National Park (Inari, Lapland). A basic hut in the wilderness zone for hikers crossing the park. Free stopover with no reservation, in the tradition of Finland's autiotupat (1 to 2 nights maximum, first come first served).
