Porte de Richebourg
The place

Situé sur le sentier de découverte des Pertes de l'Ain, entre les villages de Sirod et Bourg-de-Sirod, à proximité des ruines du Château de Villain.
A bit of history
Ancienne porte-tour fortifiée médiévale, aménagée comme poste de péage sur la Route du Sel, avec un passage taillé dans la roche. Le bâtiment a depuis été restauré et transformé en petit lieu d'exposition sur l'environnement et le patrimoine local.
