The place
Free-access autiotupa built in 1977 on the Hetta-Pallas route, 26 km from Hetta and 29 km from Pallas (Enontekiö, Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park, Lapland). Six bunks. Underrated compared to better-known stops, it offers fine views over the trail ahead and the rocky ravine opposite.
