Standard-category DOC hut with six bunks located at 649 m in Ruahine Forest Park (Manawatu-Whanganui). Renovated in January 2022. Facilities: water tank, wood burner for heating. Fee 10 NZD per adult per night, 5 NZD for ages 5-17, free below, payable via standard tickets or annual Backcountry Hut Pass. No booking required, payment by tickets before the overnight stay.
