The place

I have never found any mention or description of this modest structure, to which I gave the name of the lake beside which it stands. A hearth at the back, with no chimney hood, topped by a hole in the wall. It is probably the pinnacle in terms of an "orri", just below what can be called a hut. Besides that, the floor is strewn with large stones which make an overnight stay questionable. As of October 2020, a door has been installed. Wood nearby, water at the stream not far away. From St Lary, take the road toward Spain (Bielsa tunnel), turn right after the village of Fabian. Park at the first car park (point 1591 m). Take (on foot!) the track to the Barrage de l'Oule. Skirt the lake on the left side. On reaching the end of the lake, just before the final bend toward the [->3535] (closed), on the left of the path, there is a very fine orri that would almost deserve the name of hut.
