The place

Self-service hut belonging to the Neuland section of the Deutscher Alpenverein (DAV), located at 1,235 metres altitude on the Längenberg near Arzbach, between Lenggries and Kochel, north of the Benediktenwand (1,801 m) in the Bayerische Voralpen (Bavaria, Germany). Access via the Wackersberg/Arzbach road before Bad Tölz, then right at Arzbach church towards Kirchsteinhütte/Längental, following the Längenberg trail.
