The place

Free Metsähallitus autiotupa in northern Lapland, near the Pöyrisjärvi wilderness area, on the west bank of the Käkkälöjoki, about 11 km northeast of the village of Peltovuoma (Enontekiö, Tunturi-Lappi). Sámi name Njallastohpu. Sleeps 12, wood-burning stove (kamina) for heating, woodshed and dry toilets in the yard. No gas stove, no sauna, no water point.
