Murhahaara autiotupa

The place

Free autiotupa run by Metsähallitus in the municipality of Salla in Eastern Lapland, a waypoint on the UKK trail towards Härkätunturi, in the northern part of the Salla region. Basic equipment: fireplace, woodshed (liiteri) and a dry toilet. Free use according to the general autiotupa rules: open and unlocked, stay limited to one or two nights, no booking. No warden service or supply resupply.
