The place
Former self-service DNT cabin at 1010 m, built in 1996 by Odda/Ullensvang Turlag, located in the municipality of Ullensvang (Vestland, Norway). Had eight bunks plus six mattresses in the loft. A waypoint for hikers around Lake Ringedalsvatnet. Closed as a tourist cabin in spring 2020; no longer to be considered available.
Getting there
Cabin closed to the public since spring 2020. Historical access: from Skjeggedal via a good trail. Do not plan accommodation at this point.
