DOC cottage in Mimiwhangata Coastal Park (Northland, NZ), 48 km north of Whangārei, at 9 m. Sleeps 8 across 4 bedrooms (queen bed, twin beds, bunk beds). Full kitchen, electric cooking, BBQ, wood-fire heating (seasonal), laundry, hot water. Weekly rates (until 30 June 2026): $604 low season, $1,087 shoulder season, $2,351 peak season (Dec-Feb). Access road unsealed and winding. Check-in after 4pm Friday. No pets, no mobile coverage, take rubbish with you on departure. Marine reserve: wildlife must not be touched. Activities: swimming, snorkelling, Peninsula Loop Walk, Puriri Track, Tohumoana Lookout. Online booking open until 30 June 2027, same-day until 8pm.
