The place
Malga Cupolà di Sotto (Alpine pasture of the small lower dome) in the Lagorai chain, Val di Cembra/Val di Fiemme (Trentino, Italy), at 1542 m altitude. Cluster batches 193+195+199+207 in the Lagorai. Traditional malga used during the summer grazing season for tending cows and making cheese. Area of red porphyry rock and subalpine pastures.
Getting there
Départ du Rifugio Refavaie (1116m), via le « Sentiero della Pace » sur environ 2,5km, puis une mulattiera en forêt (Val Vanoi). Comptez environ 1h à 1h30 selon la saison, pour ~428m de dénivelé.
