The place

Unstaffed refuge at 1480 m on the eastern foothills of the Canigou massif, in the commune of Corsavy near Valmanya (Pyrénées-Orientales, Occitanie). Large room with two sleeping platforms, fireplace, table and benches; outside, two picnic tables and a spring with variable flow depending on the season (reported dry in March 2025). A popular stage on the GR 10 between Arles-sur-Tech (about 15 km, 4h30) and the traverse of the Canigou. Open access, first come first served.
