Good condition. Good swimming. No beds, but floor to sleep on. Fireplaces, but no firewood beyond deadwood found in the surroundings. On a small hiking trail from Bengtsfors. It's a 10-minute walk from the nearest road, which comes in north of the tarn. There is a parking area there.
