The place
A self-service cabin of the Deutscher Alpenverein, Ludwigshafen am Rhein section, located at the head of the Reinighoftal near Bruchweiler-Bärenbach in the Dahner Felsenland (Wasgau, Rhineland-Palatinate). Also known as the Ludwigshafener Hütte am Reinighof. Positioned on the edge of the red sandstone rock formations typical of the Wasgau, between the Kleiner Eyberg and the Rauhberg, south of Dahn. Serves as a base for hiking, climbing and mountain biking, and as a training centre for several DAV sections. Capacity for 24 people across two common rooms, four dormitories, a service room, kitchen and sanitary facilities. 690 m to the south lies the PWV-Hütte am Schmalstein. Booking required through DAV Ludwigshafen.

Elle offre 24 lits ainsi que 4 places supplémentaires en dortoir.
