The place
Small stone DNT cabin at 1,360 m north of the Dovrefjell (Norway), a single room combining sleeping and living space with two fairly spacious beds. Mattresses provided. No electricity or mobile coverage. Given to the Kristiansund og Nordmøre Turistforening (KNT) in 1936 by Harald J. Loennechen.

Booking required for the two beds; sleeping on the floor possible if full. Approach routes from Jenstad, Gammelsætra, Åmotdalshytta, Dindalshytta or Åmotsdalen. Dogs not allowed inside (allergies); sleep outside. Camping not intended; if pitching a tent, arrange access and pitch well away from the cabin.
