Leura Hut in Kosciuszko National Park, Cooma/Jindabyne area (Snowy Mountains, NSW, Australia), at 1467 m altitude, on the Main Range of Kosciuszko. Continuous cluster Alpine AU (batches 231-318). Historic hut used by skimasters/NPWS rangers on the AAWT (Australian Alps Walking Track, 655 km), in an area of Eucalyptus pauciflora snow gums and alpine turf. Heritage of the Ngarigo (Aboriginal people of the Snowy Mountains) and of the Bogong moth as a traditional food source.
