Le Rosay

The place

Small, isolated hut at 1590 m in the Bauges (Haute-Savoie). Carefully arranged interior: stove, window, games, books, water source nearby, upstairs dormitory with mattresses and blankets. Closed to the public by prefectural decree on 1 November 2017; some visitors still find it accessible but its official status remains closed.
