Getting there
Access via the Sentiers pédestres du Balbuzard (accespleinair.org). 2 km moderate to the refuge, 1 km steep to the summit (ropes). Daily access fee required. Snowshoes recommended in winter. Several places named Balbuzard exist in Quebec (Abitibi, Kouchibouguac NB).
