Las Hijuelas ("The little daughters") in the Sierra de Guadarrama, Segovia/Palazuelos de Eresma area (Castile and León, Spain), at 844 m altitude, on the northern slope of the sierra. Continuous cluster Guadarrama (batches 235+253). A shepherd's hut or finca in the heritage landscape of the Castilian Meseta, near La Granja de San Ildefonso (the Bourbon royal palace, the "Spanish Versailles"). Area of Scots pines, Pyrenean oaks and Castilian grasslands, heritage of the Mesta transhumance.
