Refuge in the Abbaye Forest The refuge in the Abbaye Forest is a rustic shelter located in the communal forests of L'Abbaye. Originally built for forestry workers, this refuge is now available to walkers who respect the established rules. Rules and Use Conditions of Use: 1. Stay limited to one day. 2. Overnight stays forbidden, except in cases of distress. 3. Shared use with other people if necessary. 4. No bookings possible. 5. Fires may only be lit in the stove, using wood found in the surrounding area. 6. Clean the refuge before you leave and take your rubbish with you. 7. Rules monitored and enforced by the Municipality.
