Staffed CAS St-Maurice hut at 2198 m in Valais (Switzerland). 2026 summer season: 12 June to 11 October. Winter available year-round by mandatory booking (avalanche safety equipment required: transceiver, shovel, probe). Winter section can accommodate up to 16 people. Unmarked, unsecured alpine route, about 700 m elevation gain from the car park. Winter rates: CHF 25/adult, CHF 15/child per night (-CHF 5 if descending same day; CAS member discounts).
