Rifugio at approximately 937-995 m (DB 957 m) at Prati del Puntato, a few hundred metres from the church, in the Apuan Alps (Stazzema, Lucca, Tuscany). Managed by the "Il Sentiero" association. A traditional stone and wood building with bunk beds (mattresses and blankets), wood stove, gas lighting. Capacity of 18 beds. Open year-round. Access on foot only, via CAI trail 128 from the Cipollaio road. A preserved mid-altitude pasture setting, a starting point for numerous excursions: Lago Isola Santa, Col di Favilla, Monte Freddone, Monte Corchia. Contact: Mauro Tavoni — 338 9350953.
