The place

A table with benches. Recommendation to visitors of refuges: You are in communal and cantonal forests. The refuge you are staying in is the private property of the municipality or the State. It was built as a shelter for people working in the forest. They therefore have priority use of this refuge. If forestry staff don't need it, the municipality is happy to make it available to walkers, provided they respect the following conditions: - occupancy is limited to one day - except in cases of distress, overnight stays are forbidden - if needed, use must be shared with other people - reservations are not possible - fires may only be lit in the stove and with all due precautions; the wood used must be supplemented with deadwood found in the surrounding forest - when you leave this refuge, leave it clean and take your rubbish and empty bottles with you. The Municipality or the State's woodcutters reserve the right to enforce these rules and take appropriate measures if needed, to prevent any misuse. Swiss coordinates: 500100 / 158275.
