The place

An old, cozy mountain-pasture cabin (seterbu) at the top of a green pasture on the edge of the forest, part of the DNT network in Trøndelag (Norway), at 718 m. 7 bunks (numbered, bookable places, with additional walk-in capacity). Equipped kitchen, bedding, sheets, provisions store. No electricity; gas cooking, wood heating, candle lighting. Water from the nearest stream. A pleasant base for hikes in the area.
