Refuge at 1920 m on the south side of the Lorenzispitze in the Sarn Alps (Sarntaler Alpen), above Latzfons (municipality of Klausen / Chiusa, South Tyrol). Owned by the CAI Bolzano section. An exceptional setting surrounded by larches and Swiss stone pines, with a panoramic view of the Dolomites. Capacity of 22 sleeping places in the summer season, traditional South Tyrolean cooking in the common room, and a large terrace. Open Friday to Sunday, and every day during South Tyrolean school holidays. An ideal year-round destination: hiking and mountain biking in summer, ski touring, snowshoeing and sledding in winter.
