Backcountry hut accessible by helicopter from Glenorchy (NZ), at 1,872 m. Originally a bach (holiday home) belonging to the Kelly family, now run by Christine and Dan Kelly as high-end accommodation. Nationally protected property. Experiences: heli-hiking, heli-mountain biking, ski touring, snowshoeing, avalanche courses (4-day courses combining ski touring and safety). DOC, AdventureMark, Qualmark Silver, Tiaki NZ accreditations.
