Free Metsähallitus autiotupa in Perämeri National Park (Gulf of Bothnia), near the buildings of the Ailinpieti fishing base, Kemi municipality in coastal Lapland. The Selkä-Sarvi nature trail crosses the island; the cabin sits next to the Kokko vuokratupa. Capacity 2 beds, small hearth-fireplace for heating (insufficient for winter use). No drinking water point — purify spring water. No waste management service, pack out your rubbish. Pets not allowed. Free stopover without booking, under the autiotupa system.
