The place
Large German alpine hut (DAV) located at 2165 m elevation in the Jamtal, about 10 km from Galtür (Tyrol, Austria). One of the largest and most modern huts of the German Alpine Club, DAV's alpine training center. 180 beds during the staffed season + 12 places in the winter room. Open year-round with summer and winter activities.
