Environmental Impact Reduction of greenhouse gas emissions linked to food production and transport. Preservation of natural resources such as water, soil and biodiversity by limiting food waste. Citizen Participation Everyone can help make the Zero Waste project a success by adopting simple everyday habits: buying in bulk, planning meals, storing food properly, and supporting local producers.
