The place

A small cabin managed by Vesterålen Turlag (DNT) in northern Norway. Four beds, rented as a whole unit; advance booking strongly recommended. Fully equipped: cups and bowls, gas, firewood, pillows and duvets, candles, kitchen roll and toilet paper; 12V solar lighting with the ability to charge phones. Bring your own clean sheets or a sleeping bag. No kitchen facilities, no waste service (pack out what you bring). Shortest access from Sørfjorden, 1 hour, or from Godfjordbotn, 1.5 hours, on T-marked trails. Booking must be made by an adult.
