Хатка на курыных ножках ("Little house on chicken legs") in Minsk Voblast, Uzda/Cherven area (central Belarus, Belarus), at 171 m elevation, Belarusian plateau. New Belarus cluster appeared in batch 348. Hatka (rustic little house) named after the Slavic legend of Baba Yaga (the witch of folklore, collected by Tolstoy 1875 and Turgenev in Slavic folklore, a house on chicken legs that flies through the deep forest, its wall topped with children's skulls) — themed campsite, in an area of mixed forests, oak and pine stands typical of Belarus (Belovezhskaya Pushcha, the last remnant of Europe's primeval forest, 1,500 km², UNESCO 1979, European bison Bison bonasus, last stable wild population of 900 individuals + 1,500 from reintroduction captures), heritage of the Belarusian people (East Slavs, 8 million, Belarusian language, a minority at home against Russian assimilation under the USSR and then under the Lukashenko dictatorship since 1994).
