Location and Access Located about 1 km southwest of the Pragelpass, the "Gruebi" shelter is easily accessible via a well-maintained path. Nearby there is a spacious chapel that could serve as additional shelter, and the Pragelpasshöhe restaurant, which may offer dormitory-style accommodation. Setting Sitting on the classic hiking route from Muotathal to the Pragelpass and on towards Klöntal, the "Gruebi" shelter fits perfectly into the surrounding natural landscape. Its wooden structure blends harmoniously into the alpine forest. Cost and Bookings The "Gruebi" shelter is regularly maintained and was clean at the time of the summer 2022 visit.
