Première hütte en pierre 1932-1933 ; expansion majeure 1935-1936 par l'architecte Theo Prachensky ; reprise par l'ÖAV avec agrandissement 1951-1952 ; téléphérique matériel installé en 1968 ; infrastructures eau potable/assainissement 1994-1996.
