The place

DNT Telemark self-service cabin at 295 meters elevation, part of the network of unstaffed cabins in Telemark (southern Norway). Three fixed bunks in a family bunk bed, plus two sofa-beds and two spare mattresses available. Facilities: solar panels for lighting, gas for cooking. Self-service mode: occupants handle meal preparation, water fetching, dishwashing and cleaning. Booking possible via hyttebestilling.dnt.no.
