The place

Self-service DNT hut managed by Kongsberg og Omegns Turistforening, located on the Blefjell, in the municipality of Rollag in Buskerud county (Norway), at 946 metres elevation. Twenty-four bunks in total, spread across three units after an expansion: Hybelen (8 beds, dogs allowed with their own bedding), Annekset opened in 2021 (4 beds, dogs allowed), and the main building (5 rooms, numerous beds, no dogs indoors). Open year-round, accessed with the standard DNT key; at least one DNT member required in the group. Pre-booking is possible for most beds, guaranteeing the spot until 7 pm before redistribution to walk-in arrivals.
