Bâtiment militaire construit en 1952 (ex-armée yougoslave), rénovation partielle en 1970, repris par PD Žirovnica en 1996 (bail 25 ans auprès du Ministère de la Défense), rénové entièrement, propriété transférée à la commune de Žirovnica le 6 mars 2013.
