Construit en 1810, agrandi en 1873, renommé Ludwig-Walter-Haus en 1919, reconstruit en 2010, réouvert sous le nom Dobratsch-Gipfelhaus (anciennement Villacher Alpenhaus puis Ludwig-Walter-Haus).
