The place

Private pastoral cabin, closed, at 1,650 m altitude on the Hauts-Plateaux du Vercors (Drôme), in the Nature Reserve. The main Cabane de Pré Peyret (at 1,600 m) is the nearby option open to the public. Reserve rules: dogs, fires and camping forbidden; bivouacking tolerated (pitch after 5pm, take down before 9am).
