Daleys Flat Hut

The place

DOC serviced hut with 20 bunks at 496 m in Mount Aspiring National Park (Queenstown/Wakatipu, Otago, NZ), on the Rees-Dart Track. Access 5 h 30-7 h 30 from Chinamans carpark (16 km). First-come, first-served, no booking: Serviced tickets (adults $25/night, youth $12.50, under 4 free) or Backcountry Hut Pass. Backcountry Hut Pass accepted only from May 1 to September 30. Outdoor camping allowed with access to the hut's water and toilets.
