The place

Covered picnic area at 1485 m at La Léchère, above Finhaut (Valais, Switzerland). Capacity 95 people: tables and benches, 3 barbecues (wood available), 3 power outlets, sink, drinking water fountain, toilets. In bad weather, the shelter can be closed by pulling down the tarps. Access via the road from Finhaut towards the Emosson dam up to Léchère — shelter signposted at the edge of the village.
