The place

Very clean hut, in excellent condition. The stove works very well. Firewood reserve available (needs splitting). Additional photos on the site: BikeGeneve.ch. Various notes: - very good insulation - 1 table, 2 benches, 2 chairs - tools available: saw, axe - no bedding, but you can sleep comfortably on the floor. Hut located in a clearing in the Bois de la Rippe (south of Lac de Joux - Vaud Jura, Switzerland), at the foot of the Mont Tendre (north side). Good starting point for the Mont Tendre. From the village of Le Sentier (Switzerland), take the Bioux Dessus trail, then head due east towards Chalet Neuf. Then turn due south towards the Bois de la Rippe through the Grand Essert de Bise.
